Bravada Industries (a division of Aero Trading Inc) are wholesale importers, manufacturers and distributors specializing in licensed products. Through our strong retail relationships and our vast supplier base we recognized the strength of licensed and branding of products. We started a division in conjunction with our existing Aero Trading business to cater to this market and to develop this product line.
There are two sales arms to our company:
Direct licensing agreements / Exclusive Distribution - We have direct licensing agreements with licensors such as Disney, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon & Marvel. - In some categories we have partnered up with USA licensees whereby we have exclusive distribution rights for the whole Canadian or USA market, we manufacture our own goods under their licensing agreements and do our own distribution. - There are instances where the licensees are selling into certain key mass market accounts but do not have the extensive distribution throughout the rest of the markets or we have stronger relationships with certain retailers. We have built up relationships with these licensees whereby we are their exclusive distributors through our channels of distribution to cater to these customers, and here again we manufacture or purchase our own goods to sell to our markets under the licensees licensing agreements. Closeouts / Stocklots We purchase all kinds of closeouts on licensed inventories that we take possession of and bring them into one of our warehouses, headquartered in Montreal Canada we have a showroom at our offices, where we have samples of all current inventories and we warehouse in Toronto and NJ. We have strong exclusive relationships with most of the largest Licensed manufactures in the world and we purchase all their distressed stocks and excess inventories on a consistent basis. This we distribute mainly to the discount and independent markets across Canada & USA, and in some instances where this is approved by the licensor and the licensee, we are able to take these products to export markets that we have developed through our international network of customers. |
