The Licensing business is primarily a fashion business and since we are so in synch with the retailers and the licensors we will always have the latest and hottest properties available and will be up-to-date as to what trends are moving and in which direction. We can also educate our customers as to what is hot and what they should stay away from, in conjunction with the categories they are buying in, and through our inside relationships with the licensors we are privy to a wealth of information in regards to movie releases upcoming hot new TV shows and marketing strategies so we can forecast well in advance where the markets are heading so we can give direction to our customer base and order product lines accordingly. What we do for suppliers: We have the solution to all your closeout inventory, your distressed merchandise surplus inventory or discontinued product. Our customer base is across North America and encompasses every level of retail, from mass market to independent including pharmacy and grocery, airport concessions, discounters and wholesalers. We are capable of buying all your inventory and to control the distribution and restrict the sales to a segment of the market that will not affect your existing retail relationships, whether your licensing or distribution is limited to Canada or the USA or if you have dual licensing agreements we can purchase and keep the product within the market it can be distributed in, we warehouse both in Clifton NJ for our US market and in Brampton Ontario for Canada. We will honor any restrictions you might place on the resale of your stock. We have unlimited buying power, and no shortage of warehouse space to fill, so we will offer on any quantity you may have, wherever they may be in the world, we can buy FOB any domestic point or goods that are overseas, in China or anywhere else. All we need to make offers, is a current inventory list with quantity available, case packs, FOB points, pictures (and usually samples) with regular wholesale and retail price of the items, and we will make you an offer on it all usually within 24 hours, we do not pre sell your goods, so we have the ability to respond fast, pay right away and take possession immediately. What we do for customers: Through our sales team we sell all levels of retail and are able to offer you the hottest and most innovative product that we own and warehouse in one our warehouses either in Clifton NJ or Brampton Ontario, we are able to consolidate and ship multiple items and carry large inventories at any given time. We can repack, hold stock for later delivery dates if you require, and make up PDQ's or displayer as per your retail needs.
